Booking & Payments

Appointment scheduling and payments are securely processed through MassageBook. By booking a session, you agree to MassageBook’s platform policies in addition to these terms.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined at the time of booking.

Digital Products (Courses & Downloads)

When purchasing digital products from Sara LeBeau of Ebb & Flow Bodywork, you agree to the following:

  • All digital sales are final and non-refundable

  • Products are for personal use only

  • Content may not be copied, shared, resold, distributed, or reproduced

  • Unauthorized sharing may result in revoked access

Access to digital content may be delivered via third-party platforms depending on hosting.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, videos, written materials, courses, graphics, and downloads are the intellectual property of Sara LeBeau and Ebb & Flow Bodywork.

You may not reuse or reproduce content without written permission.

Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership from Sara LeBeau and Ebb & Flow Bodywork, you agree to the following terms.

Automatic Billing

Your first monthly payment will be charged when you purchase a membership, and from there onward, payments are automatically charged on the 1st of each month. For example, if you purchase a membership on September 28th, your next payment will be charged on October 1st. If needed, be sure to update your payment method before the 1st of the month.

Appointment Scheduling & Using Credits

When you schedule your appointments online and if you have a credit available, you can easily apply your membership credits at checkout. The system will automatically recognize your credits, allowing you to redeem them for your selected service and time. Sara can also schedule your appointments in-person after or before your appointment.

Credits Roll-Over Policy

Unused credits automatically roll over to the next month, giving you flexibility in case you miss a session. However, all credits must be used within 60 days from the date they were issued, or they will expire.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session or being charged a fee.

Cancelling / Pausing Membership

Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days. If the 30 days passes, your membership will be canceled. If you’d like to pause your membership, you’ll need to request through text or email 14 days prior to the next auto payment withdrawal. When you pause your membership, you’ll be charged a one-time fee of 50% of your membership rate. If you cancel your membership, you won’t be able to join again unless there is an opening or you can join a waitlist to rejoin.
