Sara’s Approach
My approach blends therapeutic bodywork with nervous system awareness to support both physical pain relief and long-term regulation. I don’t view the body as something that needs to be “fixed.” Instead, I introduce new, supportive stimulus to your nervous system so your body can access its own innate ability to heal, adapt, and reorganize through fascial remodeling.
Through intentional touch, movement, and regulation-based techniques, we encourage hydration and adaptability of the fascia (the connective tissue system that influences posture, mobility, pain patterns, and overall body awareness). When the nervous system feels safe, the body becomes more receptive to change and can release long-held protective patterns.
Open, honest communication is a core part of my work. I prioritize creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing feedback, sensations, boundaries, and needs throughout your session. Whether it’s pressure preferences, emotional responses, sensory sensitivities, or simply needing to pause and breathe, your voice matters. Your comfort and sense of safety guide every session.
